Introduction
One of the largest companies in IT has decided to launch their own unique smartphone, the world’s first smartphone with two voice assistants. They approached NextQ Technology seeking help with Project Management, Mechanical and Electronics design.
NextQ Technology team has worked closely with client’s team and supplier under a very tight deadline. The result was a a beautiful and functional smartphone that has enjoyed much publicity.
NextQ Technology was responsible for the following:
- Mechanical Design (housing) and Electronics (Circuitry, PCB) together with IDH
Project Management and Supply Chain optimization - Full laboratory testing during all stages of development including electronics, mechanics, radio parts
- Constant quality control in the factory, conducting ALL phone inspections (IQC, IPQC, OBA)
- Assistance in packaging, certification, spare parts logistics
- Development of design and project documentation (ODA, OMSA, DQA, Deliverables)
- Negotiations with suppliers in China and Taiwan
- Analytics of production and technological processes
